KYLE LOW

PRESIDENT, LEED AP

After more than 18 years of experience in the commercial construction industry, including industrial, manufacturing, retail, office and interior finish projects, Kyle Low started K. Low Construction LLC in 2019. After extensive experience from both the ownership, development and general contractor roles of the business, K. Low Construction LLC was created to be a collaborative, single-source partner in the pursuit, pre-construction, design, and construction phases of the project for the sole objective of success for all partners in the project.

Prior to starting K. Low Construction LLC, Kyle Low worked for Prologis as Vice President- Regional Development Manager where he was a member of the North America Development Group for over 13 years. His responsibilities included oversight of the pursuit, development and construction for build-to-suit, speculative, fee development, and tenant improvement projects in the Central Region (Illinois, Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee and Texas). During his time as VP, Kyle Low oversaw the development of 27 projects in 8 markets totaling over 8,900,000 SF, over 15,000,000 SF of tenant improvements, and led the Regional Development Team in over 31 additional projects in 14 markets totaling over 11,000,000 SF.

Prior to to joining Prologis, Mr. Low worked with Rosenberger Construction where he estimated and managed over 21 projects in the office (5 projects – 287,000 SF), industrial (5 projects – 512,000 SF), retail (4 projects – 150,900 SF), specialty (2 projects – 30,500 SF), and tenant improvements (7 projects – approximately 300,000 SF) sector of the industry.

Mr. Low received his Bachelor of Architecture in Construction Science from Texas A&M University. He is a LEED Accredited Professional.

With more than 35 years of experience in commercial construction and projects ranging from $500 to $250,000,000 – from Houston to Capitol Hill in Washington D.C. – Bobby Andreas is a proven leader in the industry. Since moving from the D.C. area 28 years ago, Bobby has focused on the estimating, scheduling, projects management, and close- out of the thousands of tenant improvement projects in the Houston area. With his continued focus on high quality and reliable schedules, real estate owners, brokers, tenants, and property managers have considered him the leader in the market for new interior build-out and remodel projects.
